"face to face"

1. We make an appointment.
2. We meet for about an hour.
3. If the elements of recognition presented by the deceased or the Guide suit you, an interview with the deceased or the Guide is proposed to you and a mediumistic portrait may be produced for you.

Otherwise (if the elements of recognition presented are unsatisfactory), the session ends, and you owe us nothing.
